You can earn points with the IHG Rewards Club Select Credit Card at IHG hotels when paying for gas, groceries, and restaurant bills. You can earn fewer points on all other purchases you make with the card. Your points are then redeemable on InterContinental Hotel Group stays. You can also avail of a free stay once a year. There are no foreign transaction fees on the card though there is an annual fee of $49. The annual fee is waived for the first year of membership.
